General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It is suggestive of infection. >Age, gender, any associated symptoms like fever, sweating, weight loss, or other medical illness not mentioned. The chest X-ray findings are suggestive of pneumonia and tuberculosis to be ruled out.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
