General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The motility and count are slightly on the lower side. Possible causes like varicocele must be ruled out.

Consult an infertility specialist and get evaluated. An ultrasound scrotum with Doppler is required to make a diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
