General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I have undergone through your semen analysis. You have excellent sperm count, normal total motility, and normal sperm morphology. But you have just high pus cell and high liquefaction time. It could be due to infection and genital tract and inflammation of prostate. I would suggest to consult urologist and undergo urine tests, semen culture, USG scan if needed to confirm cause. Infection require proper antibiotic course, Tablet ibuprufen to decrease inflammation. Drink plenty of water, do regular exercise, maintain proper pelvic exercise, and avoid stress.

Hope this may help you. Contact further if follow up needed.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
