my sperm analysis shows the following values please tell is that normal 1.volume 2ml 2.viscosity : thick 3.raction ::normal microscopy exam 4.total sperm count:25 active motile:40 sluggishly motile:10 dead sperm :50 other cells pus cells:4-6 | H RBC S :1-2 |F SEEN

Hi & Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concern.
Your semen analysis report suggests infection with normal sperm count & motility. Infection is indicated by the presence of 4-6 pus cells/HPF in semen. Normally there shouldn't be any pus cells in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis, epididymoorchitis, urinary tract infection etc.
You need a course of appropriate antibiotics after the culture and sensitivity of the semen. You need few more investigations like routine CBC, blood glucose, Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.
You also need to have certain life style changes like:
1. Do regular exercise and take nutritious food.
2. Use loose cotton under wears.
3. Avoid cigarettes and alcohol if you take these things.
Repeat semen analysis is required to see whether the infection has subsided.
