Is The Following Ultrasound Report Normal?

Ultrasound has the following impressions: Pelvocalyces and ureters are minimally dilated and slightly thick walled Atherosclerotic vessel disease and lumbosacral spondylosis are demonstrated Consider pyelonephritis bilateral. I have a mild thickening of heart vessel and sciatica problem. Is this the one referred to in the second impression? Does this findings show anything of concern to me?
