Is The Gestational Weight Of 5.3lbs In 34th Week Of Pregnancy Normal?

Im a first time mom and ive had alot of complications throughout this pregnancy. One of those being risk of preterm labor my doctor told me about a month ago my baby is small for her gestational age. My doctor measured my fundal height at 34 weeks pregnant and said i was 5 weeks below what i should message. I got an ultrasound 2 weeks ago when i was 34 weeks and the baby was 5.3 lbs. Is this small for her gestational age and if so what might be possibilities to what the doctor might do.
