Is The Intake Of Alendronate In The Night Harmful To The Body?

I take alendronate generic for fosomax once a week. I usually lay it out the night before so I remember to take it. Lst night I got it out. Took another med I take at bedtime and went to bed approx at 11. woke up at 2:30 went to bathroom and noticed that the little packet was opened and emptied. So I accidently took the alenondrate at night instead of morning and went ro bed which you aren't suppose to do.
