Is The Intake Of Etody 90 Safe For Joint Pains?

i often get pains in my joints.Location of the pain is variable every time i.e.its sometimes on my legs or my hands. I observed this happening every time i have any aerated drink. whenever i get these pains i normally take etody 90 which gives me an instant releif within 2few hours. Can you tell me if its safe to have this tablet. And most of all...what is the reason behind the joint pain..thank you
