Is The Intake Of Selomax-50/5 Harmful To A Patient With Heart Disease?

My father has undergone bypass on aug 2009. while walking some times he observed slight pain. TOday he has been prescribed to take selomax-50/5. He is diabetic too. In internet they have mentioned,The patients should not have a history of prior cardiovascular disease. Please advice
