Is The Low Diastolic Safe?

My blood pressure has been 116/54, 101/59, 111/56, 108/60, 111/57, 113/51,106/52 during the past week. My pulse varied 46 to 53. I measure them each morning. I m 59, NOT on blood pressure medication, only take Estrogel. Not really active. No dizziness unless I get up to fast. Is my diastolic ok or should I see a physician?

Dear Mrs,

Your diastolic pressure is not bad for your age, usually it decreases with age. You have low heart rate. If you have no symptoms there is nothing to concern.
But, for being in the safe side, I would advise you to undergo ECG and echocardiography.

Hope I could help you
