Is The Masturbation Harmful As I Have Back Pain?

Hi sir, I am 19 years old. I do masturbate every day. does it harmful to me in any kind.? And this is happening since 3 years. I try to stop myself but I can t control by myself.. now recently from one week onwards I am feeling backpain very badly. I thought I would be something else, while pain is there I again have masturbate. Then I noticed that when ever I am doing masturbate my back pain is increasing.. Now I am in tension that this habit to me might thrown into any big trouble...?
