Recently I have taken 3 month course of Deviry 10 mg (20 pills / month). after stopping pills again the problem begins but with bit less bleeding. Endometrial thickness 11 mm (4 month back). Hi,

In my view, after this course of Deviry, you should observe the pattern of bleeding and if the bleeding restarts:
- Undergo a D and C with endometrial biopsy
- Uncontrollable bleeding needs survival procedures like Endometrial abrasion or a hysterectomy.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
