Is The Pain In My Side Related To Oxyelite Pro?

I have just finished my first bottle of OxyElite Pro and have stopped taking them for the 8 week period that you are supposed to stop. I have noticed a pain in my left side the past week or so that has not gone away. I was just wondering if this maybe related to the pills.
