Reactive lymphocytes in your peripheral smear suggesting viral infection indicates that you might be exposed to a virus. The particular virus may be causing a subclinical infection. Reactive lymphocytes are present because virus are killed by our body's lymphocytes and so the lymphocytes are in an active phase in order to eradicate that infection. So you are fit don't worry. It's fine.
