Is The Presence Of Pus Cells In A Semen Test Result A Concern?

Sir, I m 29 year old,I have done semen test. Report as mentioned below:- Quantity -2Ml, Color -whitish, Viscosity- Normal, Liquefication -30 Minutes. pH- Alkaline, fructose- Positive, Pus Cell- 5-6, R.B.C -Absent, Sperm Count -Nill .....Please comments on my report .. And tell me actuality ,it can be treated?

Presence of 5-6 pus cells in semen is suggestive of infection. I suggest you get semen culture test after consulting your primary healthcare provider.
