Is The Pressure And Light Headed Feeling Associated With The Sinus Infection?

I started taking antibiotics for a sinus infection last week. Since then I have been feeling light headed and a bit "fuzzy" like I could pass out but it never gets that bad. Although I've been taking the antibiotics I can still feel pressure in my sinuses. Is the pressure and light headed feeling associated with the infection. I recently (2 months ago) had a cardiac workup done as part of my regular check up and all came back negative.

Hi,
It seems that your problem of having pressure and headache might be due to sinusitis.
Complete the antibiotic medicine course.
Take some decongestant, analgesic medicines along with antibiotics.
Do Vicks vapor inhalation daily.
Ok and take care.
