Is The Pulsating Feeling In The Elbow After A UCL Sprain A Matter Of Concern?

About 2 months ago I had a MRI and was diagnosed with a UCL sprain. It was mild as there was no tears or fraying on the ligament. I am a pitcher and was told to rest. I took a month off from throwing and then did a interval throwing program for a month. I pitched one inning this past Wed. and 2 innings on Saturday. I have a pulsating feeling in my elbow and am concerned.
