Hi,

I understand your concern. Pus cell upto 5/hpf is considered normal. Compare your semen report with normal semen analysis.

Sperm concentration: 20-150 million/ml____98 million/ml

Total motility: > 40%_________75-85_____low

Pus cell: up to 5 ____________6-8____may be due to infection

Liquefaction: up to 30 minutes _______normal

Volume and quantity is also in reference range. So your all semen parameter are with in normal range. There is no any clinical significance and nothing of concern. Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water, and do regular exercise. Avoid alcohol and smoking.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Best regards,
Dr. Sagar
