Is The Red And Hot Face Due To Heat Rash?
I was mowing today and it was humid out. When I finished my face, neck and chest was so red and I was very hot. I drank 3 bottles of water and held a cold cloth to my face. After I cooled off some I took a cool shower and my face was still red and hot to the touch. It is still red and warm 3 1/2 hrs later. Is this heat rash? I don t have any bumps or prickly feeling.

According to your history you have developed a photosensitivity reaction to sun. You should apply mild steroid like hydrocortisone on your face along with calamine lotion. Avoid going out in sun till the reaction subsides.
