Is The Second Injection Needed For The Wrist Joint?

I am a 26 years old male i am having a problem with my wrist joint and my doctor has injected me with diprofos intra articular since 2 weeks then i went to another doctor who advised me to take another injection but as an intra muscular rote i am seeking for your advise whether to take the other injection or not
