hi doctor, this ram krishna. iam enclosing my semen analysis report detail.
MACROSCOPIC:
Volume 3.0 ml
Colour Greyish White
Reaction Alkaline
Viscocity Viscid, Opaque
Liquefaction time 15 Minutes
Agglutination Present;
MICROSCOPIC
Sperm Count. 96 Millions/ml
MOTILITY
Active 30%
Slugglish 40%
Non motile 30%
MORPHOLOGY
Normal forms 80%
Abnormal forms 20%
OTHER FINDINGS
Pus Cells 10-15/HPF
Epithelial Cells OCC/HPF 0 - 8 Cells/HPF
IMPRESSION. NORMOSPERMIA WITH EVIDENCE OF INFECTION.
pls suggest whether there is nay problem ?

Your semen analysis report suggests infection.
Infection is indicated by the presence of WBC,epithelial cells in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
You need few more investigation like routine hemogram,Semen culture and sensitivity,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed after culture and sensitivity report.
Other findings like sperm count,morphology,motility are within normal limit.
