Is The Sonogram Report Of My Liver Being Coarse Throughout, Anything Serious?

I had an abdominal and limited pelvic sonogram and the report findings were Liver: coarse throughout, no discrete nodules. Is this bad? Is there anything I can do to support my liver back to normality? I am a healthy 41 year old woman, with ileostomy so very careful with diet. I don t smoke have a glass of wine a week, healthy weight. Exercise very regularly (I am a fitness instructor and PE teacher). Was very shocked by this result

I really appreciate your concern, scan finding is not abnormal and it need to be correlate with the clinical condition for which it was done else this is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
