Is The Soreness And Burning Sensation In My Upper Abdomen And Behind My Sternum Likely Due To Gastritis, Considering Ongoing Stress And Anxiety?

I have been having an ongoing problem for about a week or so with a soreness andor burning when I wake up. The problem is behind my sternum area and in my upper abdomen. It seems to be a little better when I situp. I had been diagnosed with gastritis when I was checked for a similar problem a few years ago. Unfortunately my life has been rather stressful off and on over the last several years, making me have anxiety issues. I also have allergies year round which add to my health problems, as the sinus drainage doesnt help my stomach acid problems. I just want to be sure the pain and or burning in my upper abdomen and behind my sternum is due to gastritis as the chills and anxiety that come with it concern me.
