Is The Standing Water In A Traditional Indian Toilet Contaminated, And Can It Be Used For Other Purposes?

In my home we are use traditional indian toiler where there is no flush mechanism, we have pour water inside the toilet to make poop to. Go inside the bowl but still bowl. Water present, and the bowl water conatminated? can we use for other purposes or not?..

Hello,

No, the water which is present has a high chance of getting contaminated. We should not use it for other purposes. Make sure the poop is all washed away from the basin and pour the water. Use separate water for any other purposes and not from this water.
