Is The Stress In Shoulder And Drainage In Mouth Related To Celex Tablet?

I was put on celex for anxietty but it seems to be making me stress in my right shoulder and down my arm and up neck to my ear , but i do have a drainage in my mouth i can taste it > Is all of the related stress
