Is The Suggested Medicine For Tinea Crucis Right?

I am diagnised with Tinea crucis yesterday, on both the buttocks, and prescribed Syscan-150mg tab once a week, for two months, KZ cream to be applied twice a day, for three months and Alaspan tab, once a day, for 15 days. Please confirm medicines advised to me are right.
