Hello,

If your treating gynecologist suspects pelvic congestion syndrome (one possible cause of chronic dull pelvic pain with normal ultrasound), Daflon is a reasonable choice. Placentrix is less evidence-based, but some gynecologists use it as a supportive therapy. It is mainly used in infertility, for tissue healing and during chronic pelvic pain. However, if pain persists, contact your doctor without hesitation.

Include fiber in your diet apart from adequate hydration to manage constipation. If pain worsens with periods, endometriosis should be evaluated. Get clinically examined by a GP to rule out pelvic veins. Get pelvic doppler ultrasound or CT/MRI venography done. Urinary tract evaluation will help to rule out kidney/ureter issues. Gastrointestinal causes like IBS, colitis, constipation may cause similar symptoms.

Maintain healthy weight, do exercises and walking. Take homemade heathy balanced diet. Avoid taking junk food, processed and packaged food. Get clinically evaluated to be treated at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
