hi....how to interpret this result...Pus cells:2-3/hpf,RBC:1-2/hpf,Epithelial Cells:3-4/hpf,Mucus:++,Bacteria:+,Cast:Nil,Crystal:Nil.....I am 6 months pregnant is there anything to worry.....will this thing have any effect on my baby?.......please help...

Hi i see that you are 6 months pregnant with asymtomatic bacteuria. Go to your doctor show the result if i was yours will start you on broadspectrum antibiotic after taking urine for culture call for review with culture report after 3 days. You should know in pregnancy uti can cause infection of kidney preterm labour if not treated.nevertheless not to worry if treatment is taken .regards
