Is The Weight Of 26 Lbs In A 3 Year Old Infant Normal?

my son was born at 4 lbs 15 oz 17 3/4 inch long now at 3 years or 42 months he is the size of an avrage 2 year old about 26 lbs and about 31 inches tall (guessing on hight) is that a normal amount of grouth because of his birth weight he was born full term but because of medicar reasons i dont have room for baby to grow to a full size baby

It is definitely under weight and body weight no adequate for the age.
Conditions like malnutrition has to be considered.
Consult a paediatrician and get evaluated to rule out conditions micro or macro nutrient deficiency.
