Is The White Patch On Left Hand Vitiligo, Then What Is The Treatment?

my daughter has pale white patch on her left hand (back side of palm).we not sure whether it is vitiligo as suspected by our pediatrician.it was there from her birth ,now she ia 8th month old and it seems to hv increased.if it is vitiligo is that we hv to worry abt it or is there any treatment to cure it? is there similar kind of skin allergy also?
