Is There A Chance Of Pregnancy After Having Brownish Discharge A Week After Sex?

I'm on birth control and had sex about 4 days after my period. We used a condom but after he took it off we kept having sex. I don't know if he came or not. Its now a week after sex and I have brownish discharge and cramps and feel sick to my stomach in tge evenings. Could I be pregnant

Hi,
It is unlikely that you are pregnant as you had the intercourse during the safe period, presuming that you have regular 28-30 day cycles. The cause of the spotting could be due to some infection or a mid-cycle hormonal disturbance. Please see a specialist for a proper evaluation. You may need a vaginal swab and urinalysis. If you still suspect pregnancy, you may get a blood test for pregnancy one week before you are due for your next period. Hope your query has been answered. Wish you good health.
