Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
If you had got your normal periods after the sexualencounter, then there are absolutely no chance of pregnancy.
Weight gain and increased appetite are symptoms of many other diseases like stress and hypothyroidism.
So, I will suggest you to get an urine pregnancy test done to rule out any pregnancy, which is likely to be negative.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
