Is There A Connection Between Feeling Lightheaded With Lost Vision And Developing White Dots On Skin?

hello , last few days i have been feeling unwell and iv developed small white dots on my arms and my arms and hands have gone a darker color , also when i stand up i go lightheaded and i lose vision for 5-10 seconds im really worried , please help , thanks al ot , Gareth

No there is no connection ,however skin can look pale when you feel light headed as when your experiencing a vasovagal attack.
