Is There A Cure For Brain Aneurysm And Stroke That Has Led To Weakness In Legs?

hi there im 41 yrs old when i was 19 i suffered a brain annurysim and stroke and was left with a drop foot and slight left sided weekness i now walk with a limp,since october last year i have sciactica on my right side so have found it even more difficult to walk,im wating to go to a pain clinic for a steroid injection but would like a cure,i have not been sent for a mri only xrays which were fine,the gp seems to think its were my right side over compensates for my left,is it best to rest or stay active,i just dont no what to do for the best im tired of being in pain i also find it hard to sleep as it hurts when i turn over... please help tina
