HI Thank for asking to HCM I think you are in wrong impression or may be wrongly informed about the cartilage which according to you putting some pressure on temple, it is not at possible as you are thinking, this could change all the anatomy, I agree that you must be having some problem with your ear but the way you are thinking or reason of this you have is not logic, I would advise you to try some analgesic tab, along with some tranquilizer which would give you good result have nice day.
