Is There A Medical Term For Post Bruise Denting On One S Shin?

A few months ago I tripped and fell down a flight of stairs. No major injuries but I hit my shin and bruised it on one of the steps. Now there s a pretty noticeable painless but bruise-dark dent in my shin. I m pretty sure it s inconsequential and that s just how my leg healed, but I m curious. Does a name exist for this post-bruise denting?
