Is There A Medication To Relieve Pain And Help Heal An Anal Fissure That S Causing Persistent Discomfort After Bowel Movements?

Last 7 months I have anal fissure which position is 6 o clock .Now pain is slightly down but when after passing tool there was mild pricking pain start almost all day long.its very irritating.is there any medicines for stoping pain and internally cure my fissure.plz suggest me.
