Is There A Natural Way To Treat A Hydrocele, Or Will Avoiding Surgery Worsen The Condition?

Hi there For a time period of 1 year, I have been experiencing some changes in my testicles. The right one got swollen, and it s bigger and more deformated than the left one. I did some research online and found out that this condition is called hydrocele . I did a flashlight test, and the swollen testicle was all red due to the fluid in there. I am so suspicious about the surgery, but before I get to that surgery, is there any natural way of taking that fluid out. And if not taking the surgery, will it be worse? Thanks in advance!
