Is There A Permanent Cure For Chicken Pox Scars?

hi, am 18years old now i had chicken pox 3years ago but the scars are still big thick and black with a lot of pimple on them on my face and its so disgusting to look at.So please if you have any permanent cure to it i will appreciate it a lot,right now have used diff types of treatment and they never work instead it worsens the situation.

Hi there amieebokolo. Your name suggests you are of African descent & ? female. Apologies but the gender & race are important factors in scar/pigmentary disturbances. Anyone who promises a 'permanent cure' for any ailment especially scars & pigmentary disturbances of the skin needs to have his/her head examined. Having said that & if you have exhausted all conservative lines of treatment (of which you have not furnished any details), you may want to try 'lasers' for 'resurfacing' &/or 'pigment lightening'.
