Is There A Permanent Cure For Secondary Dysmenorrhea?

I suffer from Secondary dysmanorrehea..heavy bleeding and severe cramps..i take meftal spas ..but I am now fed up of the pains and bleeding as i cant perform my regular activities for 2 days in a month..also my periods last long i.e for almost 6-8 days...bleeding lessens after 4th day..i am 28 and married for 3 years..is there any permanent solution to this problem..i do find that some months are easier but next month just gets worst..any dietary advice or medication..pls
