Is There A Possibility For My Son To Develop Cysts As He Is Having Arachnoid Cyst, Sinus Cyst And A Polyp?

my son has an arachnoid cyst of 46mm on his left lobe. We have been watching it for a couple of years. We have now been informed that he has a sinus cyst and a polyp. Is this coincidence or could there be a propensity for him to develop cysts. He is 22.

Hi. BY reason of appearance, both the cysts are not at all related to each other. This is just a co-incidence, there can not be a propensity to develop cysts somewhere else.
