Is There A Possibility Of Loose Tobacco (from Using Dip Tobacco)getting Stuck Behind Uvula?

Hi, I use dip tobacco and occasionally I swallow a peice or two of loose trash when its not secured by my lip. I was wondering if I could get a piece of tobacco stuck by or possibly behind my uvula? Ive felt something there and have tried puking, eating large chunks and gargling but to no avail.

hello and thank you for asking HCM,
I studided your case and understand your concern.
TMJ ear pain is one of the more common complaints among patients with TMJ disorder. But there are also many other medical conditions that can cause ear discomfort, so it’s crucial to see a physician to determine the real problem. Ruling out infection is especially important so that the possibility of hearing loss can be avoided.

I hope this answer was helpful to you.
