Is There A Reason One Feels Giddy On A Hill Station?

i am living in the hill station , my native place in plains , when i am in plains means i am very comfortable, but when i am in hill station means, i am feeling severe giddiness , but when i am in plains means i am quite normal, what is the reason for it can you explain?

It all depends upon the altitude if this is high enough to cause the low oxygen level then such symptoms is just likely, hope this information helps you have good day.
