Is There A Relation Between Positive Strep Test And Ureaplasma?

Ureaplasma. Urealyticum
My doctor did a Vaginal swab and found ureaplasma urealyticum. I was treated on doxycyline and a biopsy was done afterwards. I told my boyfriend for almost four years to check himself. After a thorough check up with his doctor nothing was found. He is the only one I ve slept with ever since we met each other. Now I don't know what to do. I had a baby 15months ago and tested positive for strep b during pregnancy. Is There any correlation between these two diseases? Any. Suggestions out there please?
