Is There A Remedy To Heterogenous Uterine Myometrium Without Surgery?

I am 30 years old, never givne birth before and now i have been diagonised with heterogenous uterine myometium and the biggest is 8.37*8.78. Must i undergo an oepration? Isnt there any treatment i can get for this without an operation? Please help, i am very scared i may not give birth.
