Is There A Solution For A Non-painful, Swelling In The Middle Joint Of My Left Little Finger?

respected sir, Good evening There is a non-paining swelling in the middle joint of left hand little finger from 2019-20, came in notice after the one and half years after injury which was like just falling of misplacing of foot, but the normal falling from seating behind by a 10km/h motorcycle in wet paddy field due to unknown sudden curvature of the road while returning from college ,seen changes as lateral expansion gradually after years and is still seen swelling and contraction after medicating homeopathic home remedies .
