Hello Sukhman
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Technically speaking, ' virginity ' is associated with an intact hymen in females.
Now, if you have had sexual intercourse, the hymen gets ruptured during penetration.
Also, there are various other ways , apart from sex, in which a hymen can get torn.
It can be disrupted during exercise,
masturbation, cycling, swimming, high impact sports etc.
SO you can always tell that to your husband.
Ideally you should be truthful, but if that is not an option, you can consider other ways.
There is a surgery called -
hymenoplasty and vaginoplasty.
This will restore your vagina and hymen to the normal virginity status.
That way your husband would not be able to tell the difference.
But then , unless he is a qualified professional, most men cannot tell if the hymen is intact.
Consider the surgical option if you are very paranoid about this.
All the best
