Is There A Substitute Of Leptus Available?

hi...I am a 30 year old female, my weight is 95kgs...early this year my doc had recommended leptos 15 to me after checking my blood reports to reduce some weight…which I consumed for sometime…but now I heard that this medicine is not available in market as the company has stopped its manufacturing…can I know it’s substitute please…Thanking you in advance
