Is There A Treatment For Fat Nose And Big Nostril?

i have got fat nose and big nostril...i come up from a middle class family and cant afford for surgery....my dad tells me to pull my nose downwards early in morning everyday and he also tells me to press the nose near nostril make nostril look smaller...according to him, pulling nose downwards make the nose longer and it looks quite thinner....does this pulling and pressing works...now i am 21 years....please suggest me some exercises for my fat nose... i look even more ugly when i smile

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As you are now 21 years of age, the growth time is now ceased and to have any changes in structure is not possible now.
It is true that massaging the nose and pulling it can make it shaped and pointed but it is possible in younger age only.
So now it is difficult to change the size and shape.
You can consult a Cosmetic surgeon or a Plastic surgeon and get yourself examined.
You can opt for Surgical procedure to shape your nose and make it into appropriate shape and size.
Massaging can however be continued but it can take years to give you a very little change and for distinguished change a cosmetic surgery like Rhinoplasty can help..
