Is There A Treatment To Reduce The Spherical Power Of Eyes?

hello, I am Ankita, I am 27 yrs old. I recently got my eyes checked and found that my right eye has -1 sperical, -0.5 cylindrical and left eye has -0.5 sph. power. I wanted to know if I constantly wear my specks are there any chances of spherical power reducing?

you have to use constantly. there is no chance of spherical power reducing. rather it will increase with your age. since you are 27 it may be stabilized.
